Shipping costs

All products bought are not inclusive of shipping cost

Shipping time may defer dependant on where the customer lives, shipping may take 1 to 3 weeks. 

Delivery charges

All delivery charges must be taken care of by the customer. 

We are not responsible for any delivery charge, duty or tax that may arise during shipping, it is the customers obligation to pay it. 

Damaged/Faulty items

Please inspect your order upon arrival, if it is damaged or faulty, please contact us at mikkelafernando2005@gmail.com with your order number and image of damaged product and we will assist you to the best of our ability. 

Unclaimed packages

Should you fail to collect your package at the time it was delivered, it may be sent back to us. We are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages.
